Data collected for one specific purpose — for example, KYC verification required by PAGCOR — is not subsequently used for unrelated purposes without your knowledge and, where required by law, your explicit consent. Purpose limitation is a core obligation under the Data Privacy Act.
jiliff employs technical and organizational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity and volume of personal data we process — including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and intrusion detection systems aligned with industry standards.
This Privacy Policy is made freely and permanently accessible on jiliff.org. GoTech Entertainment has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Data Privacy Act and responding to player data inquiries and complaints.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law — including PAGCOR record-keeping mandates and AML obligations under Republic Act No. 9160. Data is securely deleted when retention periods expire.
Filipino players have enforceable rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. jiliff provides straightforward processes to exercise each of these rights without undue friction.

The majority of personal data jiliff processes is provided directly and voluntarily by you — through account registration, the KYC verification process, payment transactions, and communications with our support team. Providing this data is a condition of using jiliff's services; without it, certain features (particularly withdrawals) cannot be made available.
jiliff also collects certain technical and behavioral data automatically as a byproduct of your use of the platform. This includes device and browser identifiers, session timestamps, game activity logs, and IP addresses. We engage third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements that impose confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to those observed by GoTech Entertainment. Categories of processors include: identity verification providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, fraud detection services, and customer support platform providers.
jiliff is legally required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other competent Philippine authorities when compelled by law, court order, or regulatory directive. jiliff will endeavor to notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all assets of GoTech Entertainment, personal data held by jiliff may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. Players will be notified of any material change to the identity of the data controller resulting from such a transaction.
jiliff may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to prevent, detect, or investigate fraud, unauthorized account access, or other unlawful activity affecting players, GoTech Entertainment, or third parties.
In all sharing scenarios, GoTech Entertainment applies the principle of minimum necessary disclosure — sharing only the specific personal data elements required for the stated purpose, and no more.
Some of jiliff's third-party processors — particularly game content providers and cloud infrastructure services — may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a foreign jurisdiction, GoTech Entertainment ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act, which requires that the destination country provides a level of data protection substantially similar to that afforded under Philippine law, or that appropriate contractual safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — are in place.
jiliff does not transfer your Sensitive Personal Data (including government ID images and financial account details) to jurisdictions that have not been assessed as providing adequate data protection under the National Privacy Commission's guidelines, except where strictly required by PAGCOR compliance obligations.

Where Philippine law imposes a retention period that exceeds the periods stated above, the statutory retention period prevails. Where law permits shorter retention, jiliff applies the shorter period as a matter of data minimization practice.

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following enforceable rights with respect to your personal data held by jiliff. These rights may be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer via the contact details in Section 16.
Request a copy of the personal data jiliff holds about you and information about how it is being processed. We will respond within fifteen (15) working days.
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data held in your jiliff account. Corrections affecting KYC records may require documentary evidence.
Request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations that may require continued storage.
Object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, particularly for marketing purposes. Objection to legally required processing may limit your ability to use jiliff.
Request that processing of your data be restricted to storage only — for example, while a dispute about data accuracy is being resolved — without permanent deletion.
Request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. The portability right applies to data you have directly provided to jiliff and that is processed by automated means.
Where processing is based on your consent — such as marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jiliff has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act. NPC contact details are publicly available at privacy.gov.ph.
All rights requests will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Response to the substantive request will be provided within fifteen (15) working days, or within thirty (30) working days for complex requests, with notification of any extension provided to you before the initial 15-day period expires.
jiliff's services are strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations. GoTech Entertainment does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
21+ Policy: If jiliff becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, the personal data will be deleted (subject to AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements), and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gaming protocols. GoTech Entertainment is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment providers — including GCash (operated by G-Xchange, Inc.), PayMaya (operated by PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), or the banking institutions associated with BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts. Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of their respective payment providers independently.
GoTech Entertainment reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. Material amendments — those that meaningfully affect how your personal data is processed — will be communicated to registered jiliff players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of jiliff following publication of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms.
