This document governs your use of the jiliff platform operated by GoTech Entertainment under a PAGCOR license. Please read it in full before creating an account or placing any wager on jiliff.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on jiliff. This is a strict PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of balances.
jiliff is licensed to serve players physically located within the Philippines. Accessing jiliff from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited — including through VPN or proxy services — violates these Terms and PAGCOR regulations.
Each player is entitled to one jiliff account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent bonuses, abuse promotions, or evade a self-exclusion — is a serious breach. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated funds forfeited.
All jiliff bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering multiplier has been met. Attempting to exploit bonus terms via arbitrage or collusive play will result in account suspension.
All withdrawals from jiliff must go to a payment method registered in your verified name. jiliff does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts. GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are all subject to KYC verification before processing.
jiliff operates under GoTech Entertainment's PAGCOR license. Both jiliff and its players are subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws under Republic Act No. 9160, and PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing jiliff.org, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jiliff and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and GoTech Entertainment with respect to your use of jiliff. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
Important: By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by continuing to use jiliff after any published amendment to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use jiliff. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jiliff reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time and to suspend your Account pending verification.
21+ Policy: Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately and permanently closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any Real Money balance handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gaming protocols. Providing false age information constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation.
jiliff is licensed to operate within the Republic of the Philippines. You represent that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play and that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location. Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools is a material breach of these Terms.
To create a jiliff Account, you must:
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jiliff Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through family members at the same address — is strictly prohibited. GoTech Entertainment employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliff Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiliff will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must ensure that all information provided to jiliff at registration and at all times thereafter is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify jiliff of any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or other Account information. jiliff reserves the right to verify Account information at any time and to suspend Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at jiliff's discretion, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of a withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity occurs for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. jiliff reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 against inactive Account balances after the initial 12-month period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. The Account will remain accessible; fees cease upon resumption of activity.
jiliff currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jiliff's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliff Wallet within five (5) minutes of successful transaction completion. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. jiliff does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jiliff does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.
GoTech Entertainment is obligated to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) and all related PAGCOR directives. Transactions that are flagged by jiliff's AML monitoring systems may be delayed, held, or reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players with legitimate transaction queries should contact jiliff's 24/7 support team promptly.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jiliff are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier for jiliff welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and Bingo contributes 50% toward wagering requirements.
jiliff actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, collusion between Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotion terms. Where abuse is detected, jiliff reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice.
Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion will be treated as a violation of the duplicate account prohibition under Section 3.4.
jiliff's game library — including live casino tables, slots, bingo rooms, and other game categories — is subject to change without notice. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, provider updates, or PAGCOR directive. jiliff is not liable for the unavailability of specific game titles.
All RNG-based games offered on jiliff use certified Random Number Generation technology. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers and are subject to their respective regulatory certifications. Game outcomes are not influenced by jiliff or GoTech Entertainment.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. If a technical error causes an incorrect outcome to be displayed, jiliff reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's Wallet. Disputes arising from displayed outcomes must be raised with jiliff support within 72 hours of the relevant gaming session.
In the event of an internet disconnection during an active game round, jiliff's servers will complete the round automatically using the bet instructions already received. The result will be recorded in your game history and your Wallet will be credited or debited accordingly. jiliff is not responsible for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliff and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

All content on the jiliff Platform — including but not limited to the jiliff brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of GoTech Entertainment or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.
You may access jiliff solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of any jiliff intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GoTech Entertainment's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jiliff — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money deposits made by you to your jiliff Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
GoTech Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold associated funds, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the Account is being used to facilitate fraud or money laundering; (c) a PAGCOR directive requires Account action; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the Company. jiliff will endeavor to provide notice prior to Account closure except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
You may close your jiliff Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon closure request, any Real Money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements or pending KYC matters exist. Closure does not affect any ongoing PAGCOR compliance obligations.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jiliff, you must first raise the matter with jiliff's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat facility. jiliff aims to resolve all support queries within 48 hours of initial contact. For complex matters, a formal review may take up to fourteen (14) calendar days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through jiliff's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming disputes in the Philippines. GoTech Entertainment agrees to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute investigation process.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of all disputes before initiating any formal regulatory complaint or legal proceedings. Commencing any action without first exhausting jiliff's internal dispute process will be treated as a material failure to mitigate.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
GoTech Entertainment reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, or jiliff's operational practices. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and will be posted on jiliff.org with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of jiliff after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jiliff and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at jiliff.org/terms-conditions.
